on an Image 15x17 pixels have to create a pattern like the image attached...

I hope this is of some help to you. Save hole pattern jpg. as a pattern. Make the metal, use hole pattern on 2nd layer, select hole pattern, back to metal, delete hole pattern to make holes in the metal.

As I said, I can do the patterns, but the problem is that the image is 'uneven' 15x17px which make difficult to achieve symmetry... |
