Tipografy 70'es

hi to all i'm searching a tutorial about doing 70'es tipografy effect..... for understanding the effect on tipo of the video MUSIC by MADONNA...
I think it is more Vector than Raster but maybe some 3D for the deep lettering????

Some one has see something around????
