Topaz Denoise 3.0 I need Help

I followed tutorial on denoise 3.0, tried on badly severe underexposed picture, I still get the same result , I saw the denoise used to fix badly severe under exposed picture, he used adobe cs 4, which I have, I will upload image . I followed the instructions on the tutorial, I still get the same image underexposed.

DeNoise is for removing noise, not for enhancing exposure, unless of course you're trying to remove shadow noise. Please clarify (I don't see your image posted).
