I've used displace filter for the background, photocopy and chalc&charcoal for the girl.

what a beautiful young woman and some lovely renditions here. had to have a go.

a quick technique of my own, a flaming pear filter, some re-lighting, and a crop.

oh, and there was a soft focus in there also. very soft.
