Congratulations to raniday (Catherine), whose interpretation was selected by Ali's mother.

I'll contact you offline to get your book preference and mailing address.

And congratulations to alcar, whose name was selected by Ali herself out of the jar (artists' names written on slips of paper).

Thanks for a great round of entries. Each of you is a winner.

~Danny~

Oh Wow! Thanks, gang, for all the kind words and encouragement! All your entries were so beautiful, I know it was an extremely hard decision. And thank you to Ali, her mom and family for allowing us to paint this delicate, sweet child. And most of all, Thank You, Danny, for this contest and for the gazillion other things you do daily for us in front of and behind the scenes. We're all winners because we have you.

(Elle, I gave my address to Danny, and he said he'd give it to you. You're an angel, and I look forward to such a special treat from England. )

Well done Alan also!!!

Ali chose your artwork from all the pictures, so you deserve a honorable bag of chocolates too if you want them?

Good choice, Ali's Mom. Cat is very talented. Congrats to both Cathrine and Alcar for outstanding entries.

Cat, can I brag that I know a celebrity?

Janet, you're my celebrity!

You are all so encouraging. When I have those moments where Painter won't behave and nothing seems to go right, I'll come back here and read them some more Thank you!

Okay so the comps finished, never mind I'm late for most things.
