janet,

what a fascinating idea. well done i would love to see the 'leading' a bit more grey and emphasized just a bit more to really pull off the effect. on the other hand, it's gorgeous as is

oh wait, you said 'stained glass' not tiffany leaded glass.... never mind

Craig, I tried the leading as leading (gray). It did not suit this picture, therefore, I tried a couple of other colors before I settled with this one. Thanks for the comments. They are appreciated.

Hi Catherine

I stopped making chocolates, joined weight watchers, and now i make soaps!

Well i had so many molds, so now i make soaps and sell them.

But yes i still think of my truffles, i keep thinking i got the ingredients why not make some, then i think of weight watchers and think i best not!

Thanks i was trying for dramatic!

Hows things?

Ella xx

Autumn Mourning

It's rather abstract but please do critique.

Hopefully there'll be a link to my yahoo pictures so you can see it full scale.

The thumbnail came out better than the yahoo album. Goes to show I shouldn't obsess over the little things. Although it does keep me from getting bored.

A little obsessing, the fretting over important details, is what makes your artwork unique! Not a problem.

While the overall effect is quite stunning, I think I'd like it better without the duplicated main image. (Nice job offsetting the images, though.)

The background/offset eyes (bottom left) are fabulous. To me that's what makes this one stand out.
