Thank you. I usually think that less is more but sometimes get carried away.

The offset green image is meant to represent the "passing of the green", from summer to autumn. Autumn sheds a tear as Summer fades away. Maybe it's Winter looking on, waiting for her turn.

dottie,

i like those faded eyes also. you also gave me a thought here, mentioning the seasons. why not a montage with the four seasons? do the leaves in each season's dressings. might be interesting

Craig, that sounds good. I'll give it a try too. Anyone else in?

Hows things?
Things are great, Elle I have to watch those treats myself, but it sure was a great splurge. Funny, but I always think everyone looks like their avatars, and you don't look like you need to go to Weight Watchers!

Digidottie, a great beginning. We'll look forward to your series of seasons. She may feel a draft in winter!

Another reverse painting.

Well I did do some selective smudging too, but over 90% was filters alone. Very little erasing (reverse painting) really was involved. Still experimenting with Toadies' Metalwork filter for the transition gradients.

For the curious, I used djroil24 for the Impressionist preset.
