A second attempt
I used Swampy's work flo from here

This is a very cool image to play with, and everyone has done a great job. Here's my effort, mostly done in Painter using a WOW! Wet Acrylic brush.

Not to worry, Cat...that frame would have detracted from this outstanding work.

FWIW after I ran the action, I messed with Layer Styles quite a bit. The action just builds a basic frame.

very nice. reminds me of one of those 50's magazines....GQ i think was the name of the one i'm thinking of. they were doing 'modern' back then and yours reminds me of those.
