steve, a pencil sketch is not crucial, i just wanted to see other interpretations of her - and i really like all three of yours, particularly the last one. i'm actually working on a painting version that i will post as soon as it's finished.

You're very kind ...and I thank you.

An image like this is most pleasant to work with.

Do you know if she has done modeling?

Steve

steve, unfortunately, she's not a model yet, but i agree, she should be. she's only 12, so she's got time.

here's my paint/smudge attempt; it's my first time trying this. i'm fairly happy with the result, although i definitely need practice.

Combination of ...

Sharp Control, Impressionist with CherylH's preset, and some cloning.

Christine;

Your 'painting' is really great..

If she looks like that at 12 - - she could have a career in modeling

I'm actually going to stick my neck out and say I hope she doesn't go into modeling, that she doesn't get into a system that places emphasis on false values, and that she has a chance to grow straight, strong, and true. Nevertheless, she is beautiful. I hope her inner beauty will be valued as well.

finally a little time to play this started out as my gaussian blur/darken process and evolved into some oddball steps, including one script from psp 10.
