Lots of great stuff here - these are just a few that stick in my memory (or what passes for a memory these days)-
Pavel - I love your blue period
Danny's sketchy version
Lqqker - nice and moody
Trimoon-I really dig that craquelure
Amy--yours might be my fave. Love the distortion.

I distorted mine, too, but less daringly. Done in CS2/Impressionist (fluff's Old Masters with mods) Had to cut quality to 6(!!) to make it fit.

Thought you might be interested. I'll try to put a TUT together in the next week or so. There are two recent flower paintings (Red Flower and Black Eyed Susans) using the same smudge technique on my web link below. It's easy to achieve a wide variety of styles with this method.
