| | | Creative Portraits: Woman - "The Finger" Was unsure about this one until I started messing with it.
Its got something but can't put my finger on it.
Your turn - sorry if this is a little soon after the last one.

| | | Re: The Finger I'm sure by now you all have noticed how my "Photo-Based Art" contributions tend to be on the "realistic" side.
However since I love b&w ink drawings and paintings I thought it would be interesting to experiment with this photo.
First adjusted the levels and color then used the "stamp" plug in in CS2. Quote: |

| | | A CherylH's Finger Paint one ... ...watercolor (felt appropriate since the topic is the finger). I added Paint Engine with Watercolor2 preset too. Lots of healing brush work to clean it up. I can't tell you the preprocessing since it was intense (i.e., wouldn't be able to reproduce it if I could; lol). Attached is a lower quality crop. Below is a link to the full high quality rendering. |

| | | Re: The Finger Very Haloweenish, Palms. I would not like to see that peering in my window.
Also had a go at this strange looking lady using pens in Painter.

| | | Re: The Finger Unique pose...
A whole mishmash of effects... Finally ended up with primarily Artists Oils (clone) and Grainy Blender in Painter atop Paint Engine > Watercolour 3. |

| Yes - reminds me of the phrase "a deer caught in the headlights."
Thank you Pavel 123 and Palms for your comments.
