Thank you Danny

I used trimoons splatter brush for this picture done over three layers (large medium and small brush ) flattened layers, saved, closed, then reopened the picture ( so that i have the ahb picture for the history not sure if it works any other way )
open > new layer >fill with white ( or any colour that you want )
then i use the history brush > natural brush2 >Pastel light 118 opacity about 30% and go over the picture in one sweep ( so that you dont get overlapping strokes) missing some of the edges
repeat doing this till the picture is fully "through" and you have the edges how you want
then sharpen and adjust colour
Hope you can follow this not that good at explaining ! !! ! !
