My last one on this thread I promise. I like this rendition before the addition of the Diffuse :Anisotropic filter. And yes I have been busy,I think I went through 4 to 5 hundred thousand variations to get something I liked.

I'm not entirely sure about those 5000 that I did not see, I like your prevous renditions as well as this one.
Soft glow on the face makes it .... soo... (struggling to find the word) different... anyway, it's terrific.

Re: Alexandra....

Well four to five hundred thousand might be just a little exaggerated, but it was close. Thanks pavel.

Re: Alexandra....

Nice one JimJam....strong colors and nice texture...know how it is with the photos...sometimes you can get a satisfactory result quickly and OTHERS well it can take an age!!!!

Thank you all for all the great art work you have done on Alex s photo...she is over the moon with all the different renditions...

Re: Alexandra....

A short time back someone asked about a video Dragan tutorial that had been posted on the net. The video has since gone poof and is no longer available. I detest having to skip back and forth between a project and a video tutorial. So, what I usually do is carefully write down the steps so that I can follow the techniques without watching.

If anyone is interested. I posted a zip file of the word document with the detailed steps in the tutorial. Below is the link to Alexandra, which I Draganized.

Here is the link to the zip file. See page 2:
