whenever i'm not feeling particulary inspired, i start rummaging through filters. this was the result of said rummaging

Well, I still can't paint, but I love this image and wanted to try more PShop filters (after trying AHB and smudging and hurting my hand )
Used Ink Outlines over Find Edges with some adjusting of colors.

I'd call it embossing as it looks like the embossing one finds on legal documents and such. With a fancy paper texture on it, I'll bet you could market it as "watermarked" paper. Very nice.
