Re: Creative Portraits: A nice pose

Some really nice work here. Pam, terrific job!

Thought I'd take a different approach and create an old movie poster. Some Snap Art filters, blending layers, texture, noise, color enhancement in Photoshop. Painted with Wet Soft Acrylic brush in Painter. Some sharpening and text added in PS.

Wonderful, PM!! She does have a retro look to start with so the vintage poster is perfect!

Absolutely wonderful work.

I wondered if applying Curves to the hair area would bring out more highlights, so I tried doing that with very favorable results. I liked it even more.

Is this based on one of your tutorials? If so, which one?

Re: Creative Portraits: A nice pose

The only real filter I used on this one is Gaussian blur.
