Did have some hair in a past life though. Anyway, I combined MW's Sketch action with Impressionist (James Brown pencil preset) for this one. |

I used smart blur to soften and make more like a watercolor, then I used Lucis Art Whyeth and Sculpture to enhance. I used the smudge tool with a watercolor brush to smooth out some areas. I used hue/sat to bring up color, and a layer of paint dabs set to soft light for visual texture. I finished up with some paper texture.
