Just a quick one from me. I was seeing what I could do with dither box to make the pattern in this one.

Sort of on a Chalk binge again. Used Neon Edge Detect (GIMP) and a Warp Sharp Script-fu to start things off. GIMP's Softglow filter to the ethereal feel and AAA Fotofix filter for enhance Saturation.  |
