Re: 3rd try!

mostly like what you have done cazzie but i think the edges, around the head particularly, still need to be less 'clumpy'. I've tried to show what I mean by smudging in the framed area with a small brush to give the appearance of hairs......hope this helps.......keep up the good work

Re: 3rd try!

Cazzie nice efforts keep it up.

Having seen yours Palms, I had to have a stab at this one.
I'm half expecting Steve to do one, along with some song lyrics - 'How much is that doggy in the window' maybe

Cazzie it was a smudge, with a bas relief layer faded back a little plus a texture layer.

Re: 3rd try!

I think she has painter.
And Cazzie- if you are working on a laptop without a mouse....then I think you have done pretty impressive work! Now forget about getting a mouse and go straight for a graphics tablet. You will be amazed at the difference it makes!
Palms- you're becoming quite the smudge expert!

Re: 3rd try!

Sorry to hear about your puter problems, hope they get sorted out for you soon
There are quite a few here who use paint shop and do some great work keep your eye out for them Kraellin (Craig)&Steve Conway to name just two
And Painting gets better and easier with a tablet it just takes a while to get used to it
