Steve, nicely done, I especially like the detail of the brush work. I don't know about his dentist, but I'm awfully happy that none of those pearly whites got knocked out during his hockey-playing years  . |

Can give you some hints: Newsprint filter and GREYCStorations with a lot of sharpening and selective sharpening steps.  |
