Wonderful Gimp tutorial. Seeking ps equivalent.

I love the effects that are created with this tutorial of a coloured sketch effect, but it is written for Gimp. Does anyone have any idea how I could replicate it in Photoshop, or perhaps know of a tutorial already written for Photoshop that is similar? I particularly like the colouring effects.
