Creative Portraits: Marcus

When my wife saw this pic on my monitor she said, "He can carry my bags anytime he wants."

I liked it because I thought it would make a good Richard Ramsey sketch method candidate.

Have fun.

Cool sketch Danny. Used the same technique (dup {three layers}, ACE on middle layer, Grain Extract on Top layer, flattened and desat) for the overall effect. Then blended in GIMPressionist, and selectively erased around the background and cleaned more the background (weakness to this technique w.r.t., solid fills). Some dup overlays to finish things off.

She will definitely like this one, that's for sure.

I'm thinking I may have to dust off the exercise weights and start toning up (reality: maybe in my next life).
