airbrush quality?

does anyone know how to do this? i only have photoshop 5.0 right now and didnt know if I needed to get cs3 or cs4 in order to make the models in the photos have the airbrush look to them.

These seem to be the way to go for retouching models and i think you may be able to do them in ps5 so you can a least practice while you decide if you want to upgrade

dodge and burn is a definite, you will have to check that you have the high pass filer and gaussian blur for the degrunge
