thanks, peter. good basic pic. i'd suggest folks clean it up a bit, though. it's pretty grainy in places.

i did this all in psp.

Nothing extra, quick and dirty. The Water effect is very soft and wet-realistic, look at the way the hair blends into the background.

The right background was a little hot. I did not like the smudge much at first but it became to remind me of angels wings a bit so......
