Just continueing on with my Reverse Aniso illustration binge. Added some Impressionist filter too.

Welcome to RetouchPRO Hope you enjoy your stay here and make lots of friends.

It will help if you let us know what photo editing software you are using, what experience you have, and what you have already tried to do to your photo.

I just did some basic enhancements then a fake smudge with a mask to hide most of the smudge and show just selective areas...

I use Photoshop Elements Version 7.0 but have been considering advancing on to PhotoShop. Most of my work has been with collages, blending multiple photos. Elements has quite a few artistic processes but I haven't seen anything close (in the Element's forum) to what I've seen here.

Simplified and used Impressionist for a paint effect.
