Not quite so frustrating this time around. I have been really struggling with the eyes. I had to redo them because the underpainting did not have enough detail to start with. So that was a big lesson, but then had to try to get the "redone" to blend in with the rest of the painting. Quite challenging, and still not thrilled with them.

Julie, this is a great piece of work. I do try to use the "normal history brush" to bring back details from the original :-) Or mask your water color layer and paint on the mask to reveal the original at low opacity. Well done

I agree with Amica ,Julie a nice piece of work and dont forget your history brush, maybe at about 40% opacity
