Great find Palms. Haven't tried a pencil effect on a portrait before. Here's my try. I did give him his eye color back.

Sort of looks like Van Gogh with a cowboy hat (before he cut his ear off).

Did a drawing/painting blend and then blended with a colored texture layer.
