Boy, I'd sure like to see the steps taken on those pix at mydavinci.com! Especially the "Leonardo'sPop" and Davinci styles.

Note: Steven uses Microsoft Digital Image Pro, which has Impressionist plugin-like functionalty "built into" the program, but it's not nearly as easy as using the plugin some of us know and love.

Marilyn Sholin

Gallery: www.MarilynSholin.com
Painter CDs and other tutorials: www.MSholinProSales.com

I had the privilege of sitting in on two of Marilyn's classes recently. Her CDs are very informative, but if you ever have the chance to see her in person at, say, a trade show, DO IT.

This lady knows her stuff not only from an artistic perspective, but as a very, very portrait photographer and successful businesswoman.

Fluffbutt PhotoPainter

http://members.westnet.com.au/fluffbutt/index.html

...crafted and serviced by RetouchPRO member Fluffbutt.

Be sure to check out the store. Photo-art on t-shirts, mugs and (yes) thong underware.

Well done, Fluff! The sky is the limit!

Innographx.com Phyllis Stewart

Since the last time I've visited Phyllis Stewart's Innographx site, she's done a very impressive revamp and has begun offering a very impressive selection of "photos to paintings"...

Here's a straight shot to her pBase gallery. This is some quality stuff, folks:
http://www.pbase.com/pstewart/photo_art

Don't miss her site: www.Innographx.com

As you poke around here at RetouchPRO, you'll eventually notice artwork posted by Phyllis (PStewart). She was a major contributor to getting photo art going here at RetouchPRO before launching her own very successful PA forum: http://www.innographx.com/forum/

No gallery at the moment (could this be a startup site), but interesting layout nonetheless.

Their offerings are apparently hand made (vs. using software). Some of the work is very, very impressive.
