Labels

Hey, this is a random thought.

-what if we were able to attach like a label of our experience level or what field we work in, for example…

if my member name read, KR1156 (professional photographer)

and this was permanently fixed with your screen name, so everytime you posted something, people know a little more about you and your skill level, or what you're in to.

this might make it a bit easier for people to critique others work, and also give appropriate feedback.

for example, if JoeSchmoe (hobbyist) says hey critique my skin work, you don't have the high-end people saying, it sucks, do dodge & burn.

it would be easier to sort out what their intentions are.

and if you had the same scenereo, JoeSchmoe (Pro Retoucher) saying critique my skin work, then you can have the hi-end guys say hey, do this etc. (hi-end instruction)

it just might make things easier for people to give back useful feedback and the appropriate constructive criticism.

my words are all over the plac ei know, but does any of this make sense to anyone??

Re: Labels

Anyone can put that info (and more) in their signature. But I wouldn't believe them if they did.

On the internet, no one knows you're a Doug.
