Photoshop size versus RetouchPro size of pix.

I've been having problems uploading pix to RetouchPro. I know there is a limit of 100K, and I use Photoshop's "Save for Web and Devices" option to help me gage the size of the pic I'm uploading.

Well, often it doesn't work. I upload pix that Photoshop tells me are under 100K, and RetouchPro says they are too big. I have to go right down to about 76K (in Photoshop) before RetouchPro will accept them.

Am I doing something wrong?

Photoshop's filesize is just a guess, so check it after saving to be certain.

There's a test forum towards the bottom of the forum listings. Feel free to experiment there, as no one can see your posts there except you and the mods.

Ah, thank you, I never thought of that. I will do a check after saving....
