| Blocked emails If you use spam-blocking software, make sure you list retouchpro.com as a friendly (or white-listed) address. I get several "refused" bounces every day from people that ask for email notification for a thread or private message and then their email is blocked. Also, while I have your attention, please verify the email address you have in your user profile is still current. If you change it, you'll need to re-activate, but that's better than not getting your emails.            |
