Trouble Logging Out

Just lately, I have had trouble logging out of this site. I go through the usual procedure, and the usual screens come up. However, when I come to log on at a later date, I find I'm still logged on to the site. Anyone else have this problem.

I have never logged off - have I been putting my life in danger?

Whenever I enter RP, at work (oops, don't let the boss see that), I am always correctly identified and don't need to log in. However from home I do have to log in, but it seems that come sunday night RP has figured out who I am. How does this work?

It's a cookie thing, something I have a slippery hold on. There's no danger in not logging out, all it does (supposed to do) is clear a cookie. But not logging out can be a problem for those that login from borrowed computers. I'll check into it.

Thanks Doug, feel a lot easier now.
Maybe that's why my home computer doesn't log on automatically. I have some sort of cookie-eater there!

Thanks Doug, it was'nt something I was particularly bothered by, its just that up until recently when I logged out, I was logged out, and now I'm not. As long as I can connect, and the site is not left vulnerable, then its OK by me.
