Question Standard Portfolio Size

1.What is the standard printed out portfolio size?? everything is websites now a days but some potential clients still want to see printed out versions. What is the standard size for Retouching, 8x10 or 11x14?

2. I am fairly new to the retouching biz, been doing it for like 6 months, Im wondering what i should be charging my clients. I find myself being to generous at times and want to know what the standard freelance rate is for someone with limited experience. Here is a sample of my work so you know my skill level ...

Let me know what you think!
