online payment servise for NON US residents

HI...
I run a design/printing studio, we are placed in Macedonia, Europe...
just finishing our new web site, and I'm planning to start offering our services to the world , but I run on to many obstacles for setting up online payment service (very easy to setup if you are a US resident)... Pay Pal won't work for Macedonia also, merchant accounts are also not available for my country( at least for the banks that I call in the states)...
Anyone out there with similar problem like mine or maybe some info or advice how to fix this issue...

Hi Igor,

I' ve the same problem in Hungary, there isn't any Bank to stand to online payment. They told me to go to Wien and make an account there. I'll do that.

I've been offered from some company to make all arrangements needed, for around 15000 $, they offer me to open an company on my name in Austria an an account in bank in Wien, the fee includes lawyer's payments and everything...
but that option first is expensive and second not very reliable since they asked the money in advanced...
in the states is much more easier, banks are basically bagging for their services, and in europe is so much difficult and not possible in some countries...

Sounds very much like a scam. DON'T do business with those folks.

I don't plan too... it smells like big scam from miles...

however, I'm desperate to find a way to start the online service...

I'll appreciate any advice or idea...

Hi Igor,

Don't need to make company U can get an account for Yourself, need a bank account and than U can have the paypal. U just have to attend a drive course, and U can get to pay from account. If you have an account U can pay income tax so what the co. for? I think it's cheaper than $15.000 and so common not as our countries.
