I'm new to retouching and need to learn how to charge in our market. I am a full time graphic artist, i have 4 1/2 years doing this now trying to get into retouching i am strong in photoshop and have a good eye. what can i charge in AZ. if you need more info let me know im prob forgetting something.

I'm from the metro Phoenix area but I don't do retouching for pay. Here is a link to a Mesa professional which lists his prices -- hope that helps.
