Hi, I've been freelance retouching for whatever job I could find for about a year. Now, it's time to get serious- working with portrait photogs is just not enough. I've heard that LA or NY is the place to be to move up in the retouching world. I'm closest to LA and would love it if someone could clue me into some places to send my portfolio. I would say I have an advanced intermediate level of retouching skill- but I want to learn and advance. I have a background in graphic design, digital pre-press, and photography. So, while I've only been retouching for a year, I have a good knowledge of production, workflow, CMYK, composition, lighting, etc. Thanks!
