I'm going to do some freelancing work,designing albums and I don't know how much should I charge.

I think you need to sit with your client and find out what there budget is ,what they want done exactly and if you can work with in there budget
No one here can tell you what to charge from with no info on the job.
Plus even if they could guess or ballpark a price it Does not matter if the client wants to pay a lot less
