to get education in fashion/adv photo industry

I'm graduating in this summer. After that, Id like to take courses of photography. (fashion/adv)
I'm interested in some courses. (maybe 3months or even 1 year)

Colleges or similar.

Europe or USA, It doesn't matter.

One thing, which is important, it should be real education with certificate or smtng like that ))

So, is there somebody who work for VOGUE or similar?) Which way should I choose to be hired by vogue =))) in not-so-distant future?))

Move to NYC, get a low paying job as a photo assistant, buy a pretty good Mac, and spend whatever free time you have perfecting your retouching after the assisting job. There is no school that will teach you this well.

Vogue hires designers only. 99.9% of photography and retouching is bought.

I suppose, to get VISA of USA for learning is much easier than for working..
