New to retouching - Advice please!

Hello everyone,

I am new to retouching and new to this forum. I just really wanted to pick your collective brain about something! I currently work in fashion photography for a picture agency in London but would really like to get more into retouching, we tend to do very minimal exposure and colour adjustments and I would like to improve my skills and maybe move into this jobwise. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to do this, courses? Whats the best way to build up a portfolio..

Thanks very much everyone - any advice very welcome
