Price for job

I recently got job for cleaning up and retouching some pics.There is 8 8x10 old western style that needed some cleaning ,changing style and printing them out . I wasn't sure on how much I should be charging for something like this. I want to be fair but don't want to cut myself short. I have finished them and put in about 4hrs. Also when charging do you factor in supplies needed or just by the picture

I go by the picture if you include a charge per photo let them know the current price per print and offer a deal or something out. I been though that before.
