Hi guys....So i have a question...I am trying to learn photoretouching online from free tutorial....But what's the best way to learn it?I am wondering if there is a book which can change until i become really professional photoretoucher....Please gimme your ideas and if you know the book,please introduce those book please...I am just quite confused here

By the way books can be about photo restoration,photo retouching,artistic retouching...I really wanna become professional at this thing within one year.And book should be soooo detailed..Because i really need a money.

Is there a book out there that can teach me how to become a doctor? I want to be one within a year and earn loads of money....... Only Kidding.

Like most things, you have to work hard and go pay your dues somewhere. Books? Just there to make the authors money, surely you know that!

There are some great books...but they only scratch the surface...practice, experiment...continue leaning...then practice some more...

A great retouching/restoration starting point would be:

Adobe Photoshop Restoration & Retouching (3rd Edition) [Paperback]
Katrin Eismann (Author), Wayne Palmer (Author)

And a lot of videos available at

Yes Books are a starting point and buying to many your just getting repetitive information ut eventually you need to get your feet wet and get in the business some how

There is a list of training resources here. The product versions keep changing but the links should refer you to the latest offerings from each publisher.

See this ebook specifically for fashion reotuching.
