godaddy isn't bad. I use the FTP client Transmit, and it works like a charm. I pay about 3.99 a month for 5gb storage and 250gb transfer a month.

I have used godaddy since July and have been very happy with it - affordable and dependable.

dreamhost.com is a great one also. Lots of features/space/ftp etc with a very intuitive interface.
