Studio Mint - New site. Please leave a comment!

Finally I've updated my site. Went with a horizontal layout...
Please comment both the site and the work itself.

Thanks!

Kind regards,
Karl, Studio Mint

Opps. Can someone help me move this to the right section of the forum (Your Website)?

Thanks!

No comments... Wonder if that's that bad or good?

I like the layout of the site. Could it be that you concentrate much on skin? On most images hte hair could use some work and the halo around your 2nd pic - I don't like :-)

Nice work, I have no comments there. Cool studio name!

As for the site itself, the sideways scrolling it a bit uncomfortable. Your email address is unprotected live text but is not linked, which may discourage click-throughs. The Fashion and Commercial links are not as obvious as they should be.

I like the click-activate before-and-after views, even though it is unexpected behavior (I would expect the image to enlarge, but you also have the zoom button). Maybe swapping the functions would work better (?).

Like your site, as for the first model thought the hair could require some re-touching. uite cool!

Thank you som much for taking time and writing some feedback!

Amica: I definitely focus alot on skin. And I definitely must pay more attention to the hair as well. Thanks for pointing that out. I kinda like the halo thing on the second image but probably I should tone it down a few notches.

plugsnpixels: I hear you on the sideway scrolling. It's not the most userfriendly layout but I think it's a bit different and for that reason I went for it. Please tell me more about the unprotected email address. I think I know what it means (don't let the spammers get to me) but how shall I solve it? Also a very good point in switching the zoom and before-after effect. Thanks!

Ayo: Thanks! Will take a look at the hair in every image.

Kind regards,
Karl
