| Good idea or not? I want to be a Fashion and Beauty Photographer once I finish photography school, I am however thinking ahead and designing a website. As a logo that will be on all official documents etc... Is a signature a bad idea? I usually just write my last name to sign something but I was thinking of writing my full name and using that as a logo. Opinions? |

| Re: Using a signature as a logo? Check out ---> www.mikecolon.com His signature is on his splash page. Your signature is a logo no one else can duplicate. It's really up to you. Most fashion products and photographers use pretty simple, clear, easy to read fonts. They want their name to stand out. At least one commercial photographer whose site I've seen had fonts designed for him. So if you use your signature you'll also want to have a text font. But there's definitely nothing wrong with using your signature if you want to, assuming your handwriting is not ugly - that would turn people off. |
