new website

Hello all,

I though I'd drop a line here and to let all the good folks here know that I just (finally) re-launched a new site. This time around it's flash free, and it's a good bit more functional than the last one.

I'd love to get any feedback any of you might have.

Thanks!

Re: new website

Nice samples of work Janko; maybe the navigation text size could be reduced to facilitate displaying your work at a larger size. IMO the large bold text fights the pix for attention.

Re: new website

Thanks Repairman, I appreciate your input.

I see your point about the text competing with the images, It generally looks better on larger monitors. were you viewing it on a laptop?

As far as getting more space for the images the real limiting factor is the vertical space. I wanted the site to not have any scrolling so horizontally there is plenty of space if you have a wide screen monitor.

I look into having the text shrink a bit more proportionally on smaller monitors.

Thanks again

it looks great... well done.

personally I wouldn't worry about text size as I think it looks good as it is... its well balanced.

i like the design of it!

Re: new website

Hi Janko - the text looked disproportionately large on my laptop but seems ok on my big 'pooter. Probably the best cross-selection of work on the RP forum IMO - very impressive.
