I am so fortunate to be working for this new retouching house in Sydney who have some of amazing works on their book.

So I thought I would share the website with the retouchPro community.

I am trying to pitch the before-after idea to my boss, as I know when I first started out, it gives me an insight into others retoucher workflow and what they would retouched and what they would not retouched etc.
