Re: Website Update

Clean design with strong opening image and excellent body of work.

Thoughts:

•Maybe center the pages instead of flush left

•The opening page of a website is usually the Index page, though you have a link to an Index page which looks more like a gallery. I suggest changing that name

•Your logo links back to itself on the splash page (an unnecessary loop)

•Larger images invoked from the gallery thumbs took a bit to time to display (I wondered if anything was happening). Then the images had to shift about while the layout changed to accommodate the enlargement (feels mechanical like a vending machine). The first time I viewed an enlargement I hit escape to go back to the gallery but ended up on your squarespace.com/config page.

•Clicking the Close X is a bit of a pain, especially with so many images. I tried the Next option instead and multiple enlarged images displayed, stacked vertically. I expected to see only the next single image in the group. So I suggest working on this gallery display. It's too much of a "fight" to look at more than a few samples in the fancy layout

•email address is text-based but not hyperlinked (??). So people have to copy & paste it into a mail client. I don't think it's same from bots as is anyway

Hope that helps!

Re: Website Update

Excellent feedback, I'll take on board and make the changes next time I'm free!
Thanks for doing that!
