I dont know why internet explorer(IE) dont show up the image correctly as i said so. I saved a jpeg file maximum settings with 5 progressive scans, you expect that it will load some image and then scan it until image becomes clearer but no, it doesnt, the worst part is that it waits to fully load that into the cache before opening it in the browser.
The least hope one can expect is that it will open the image from top to bottom. not in waiting too long and then the image will just pop out. That will let others not wait for the image to load right?
