AmphiSoft Simplifier: This is a demo of what Simplifier can do without using any other filters or manipulation to the image.
The settings were very quick and simple to turn an image from a photo to a cartoon like illustration. The settings used in this image were -
Kernel Radii -
HoriFontal 11, Vertical 11
Add Water -
Dark Edge 30
Light Edge 12
Spread 0
No other filters were used for the image of the waitress, the text was placed into the image as a last step and then the image was sized for display here on RetouchPRO.
As with most filters, I found this one to be image dependent, as Simplifier works very well with very little tweaking on some images but is harder to work with on other images.
