T, this is quite lovely. The background is gorgeous, but I think it helps keep our eye in the frame rather than competing with the subject (although the background is so lovely that it could be "a subject"), and the lighting further enhances the unusual looking bloom.

Nice, really nice. I like the abundance of colors and those details in the low lights areas. Great deal of attention paid to the topic.
