Nice macro shot, and a very lovely rose!
A few things to think about:
1. Next time try not to crop off the tips if the rose petals. When you shoot macro shots, sometimes what you see isn't what you get. You might think you have the entire object in your lens, but actually you are clipping off some of the edges. To avoid this you will just have to get familiar with your camera and lenses.
2. Try cloning over the white area in the lower right corner as it is a bit distracting, and you don't want anything to distract from your lovely subject.
3. Finally it looks like it has a very slight yellow cast to it.
Overall, a very nice shot. Nicely done!
